Booking Policy

Good to know

Appointments should be booked at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to prepare and give you the best experience.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your appointment. The deposit is deducted from your total service fee.
All deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a new date if rescheduling is communicated in time.
Need to reschedule? Notify us at least 5 hours before your scheduled appointment.
The remaining balance is paid in full before leaving your appointment.
Please arrive with clean, product-free hair, or neat cornrows, unless otherwise stated for your service.
